There is no territory exclusivity.

Lead rotation is not a guarantee of volume.

Sellers and wholesalers are responsible for taxes, product labeling, permits, and fulfillment.

WholesaleLaundryDetergent.com is a software provider only. The platform does not hold inventory, does not deliver orders, and does not hold seller or wholesaler funds.

There is no territory exclusivity. A listing on a city or county page does not give anyone an exclusive area.

Lead rotation is not a guarantee of volume. A lead is an offer to one eligible seller for the buyer's ZIP. The seller may accept or decline, and the offer can move on.

A seller who accepts a lead commits to fulfill that order. Repeated declines, expirations, or confirmed failures to fulfill can pause new leads.

Sellers and wholesalers are responsible for taxes, product labeling, permits, and fulfillment.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on the seller's or wholesaler's connected account. Use of card payments requires acceptance of the Stripe Connect Services Agreement.

Text messages follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Marketing and reminder texts require consent. You can reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Transactional order texts are separate from marketing texts.

We retain account, order, consent, and message records while the account is open and for a limited period afterward so we can resolve disputes, meet tax and telecom duties, and keep an audit trail. You may ask for a copy or deletion where the law allows, except for records we must keep.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

These Terms cover visitors, buyers, sellers, and wholesalers who use the website and apps. If you buy from a shop, your contract for the detergent is with that seller, not with the platform.

The platform may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or nonpayment of the software membership. Suspension of the software does not transfer your customers or your inventory to the platform.
